Lane County DUI Record Expungement

Oregon law allows some criminal records to be set aside, but DUI convictions are harder to clear. Under current law, a DUII conviction cannot be expunged in most cases. The record stays on file at the Lane County Circuit Court.

If a DUI charge was dismissed or the person completed diversion, an expungement may be possible after a waiting period. The court seals the file so it no longer shows in public searches.
